Weddings: ideally 4–6 months ahead, especially summer dates. Conferences and smaller events: a few weeks is usually enough. If your event is sooner, ring Kayc directly — he sometimes has last-minute availability.
Yes. Kayc travels across the UK. Beyond an hour from home there may be a small travel fee — we'll discuss that on the call.
For events without a piano on site, yes. Kayc brings a stage piano and stand. For venues with their own piano, that's preferred — but he'll always check it works first.
Almost always yes — especially if it's something with sheet music or a clear recording. For weddings, Kayc is happy to learn first-dance songs, processionals, or anything meaningful to you.
